TenPoint is an entertainment rating and review platform that allows users to rate, review, and track media including movies, TV shows, video games, books, anime, manga, comics, and other entertainment content using a 10-point scale. The Service includes social features such as user profiles, following, feeds, and discovery.
To use certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address or through Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service.

You retain ownership of the reviews and ratings you create on TenPoint. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post.
The Service, its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by TenPoint and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Media metadata, images, and related information displayed on the platform are sourced from third-party providers and remain the property of their respective owners.
TenPoint integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Google (for authentication), Amazon Web Services (for infrastructure), and various media database providers (for content metadata). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
